Description:
Centrally located, Warm Springs Hideout is a great place to call home while you enjoy all the activities Garden Valley has to offer. You'll be surrounded by pines making it the perfect place for an intimate getaway or a small group within this cozy log cabin.
The main level boasts a fully stocked kitchen, dining, and living area with plenty of room for games or watching movies on the DVD player. During colder weather, the woodstove keeps it cozy. Also on this level is the bedroom, which has a queen bed, and a full bathroom.
Upstairs, in the large loft will be an additional four queen beds.
Step out onto the covered porch and read a book or enjoy the views in the double bench swing. Gather around the outside table on the large deck for games, or al fresco dining. In the evenings, after a soak in the geothermal pools or hot tub, relax around the seasonal fire pit and make some s'memories!
This home is off-grid, with the exception of possible Verizon phone coverage, the phones, dings, and bleeps of the city life will be a distant memory, making your stay the perfect place to unwind and recharge!
Things to Note: There is a ceiling fan and a portable fan available. HOA geothermal pools (2) and hot tub, heated changing rooms. You will get a discount to Terrace Lakes Geothermal Swimming Pool with this home.
Things to Note: Absolutely no pets (inside or out) - the owners are highly allergic. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: All reservations require a 50% deposit. If your reservation is cancelled for any reason, you will be charged a non-refundable $50.00 fee. If you cancel 61 or more days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, your total balance becomes non-refundable. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure. There are NO refunds if you NO-SHOW. (May vary with packages)
